Why KARD
Big chains have had loyalty apps for years. Independent merchants are often still stuck with a cardboard card that gets left at home or lost in a drawer.
We wanted to give them the same tool, without the budget or technical team that usually takes: no app to build, no hardware to buy, just a card that lives directly in the phone the customer already has in their pocket.
KARD exists so that building customer loyalty isn't a luxury reserved for big chains.
What KARD does
KARD is software (SaaS) that lets an independent merchant create a digital loyalty card, added directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by their customers. The merchant configures their program (points, stamps, or both), customizes their card, and tracks visits from a dashboard.
Who it's for
Cafes, restaurants, bakeries, hair salons, shops, gyms: any independent merchant who wants to build loyalty without a cardboard card or a dedicated app.
Not to be confused with
KARD (getkard.fr) is a customer-loyalty software publisher for merchants. The name "Kard" is also used by other unrelated services, notably in banking or by other loyalty solutions. Always check you're on getkard.fr.
