KARD, contact: contact@getkard.fr, is the controller for the processing described below.

Merchants: identity, email, business name, billing data.

End customers (cardholders): first name, last name, phone, optional email, visit history and points/stamps.

Providing the loyalty service, push notifications, merchant analytics, support and billing.

Contract performance (merchants), legitimate interest and consent where applicable (end customers enrolled in the program).

Data is kept while the program is active, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after account closure, unless law requires otherwise.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Contact: contact@getkard.fr. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
