Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the KARD platform by merchants and their staff (cashiers).

Registration requires accurate information. Each account belongs to one business. The merchant is responsible for team access credentials.

KARD must be used for a lawful loyalty program, GDPR-compliant. Spam, data resale or fraud are prohibited.

KARD is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee zero downtime, including for maintenance or third-party dependencies (Apple, Google).

The merchant remains solely responsible for their loyalty program, promised rewards and customer communications.
