One club, several audiences

A sports club welcomes different audiences: juniors and adults, competitors and casual players, year-round members and those on a course. Each has rights, an end date and sometimes a number of sessions. Tracking this on paper forms or separate files is a source of mistakes and manual reminders.

The digital card brings together the essentials: who is a member, in which category, until when, and how many sessions are left when the club runs on session packs.

What the card contains

  • The club's name, logo and colours.
  • The member number and the member's name.
  • The category, for example “Junior”, “Adult” or “Casual”.
  • The end-of-season or expiry date.
  • The remaining sessions for training packs (Club plan).

A season that starts and ends on fixed dates

Most clubs run by season, from the autumn restart to summer: the end date is the same for everyone. For mid-year sign-ups or courses, a duration from sign-up fits better. You can pick either according to how you are organised.

KARD offers two ways to set validity: a duration from the sign-up date (for example twelve rolling months) or a fixed date for everyone (for example the end of the season). The date is shown on the card in the Wallet.

Set it up in five steps

  1. Define your categories and the validity mode for the season.
  2. Create the card in the club's colours.
  3. Display the sign-up QR code at the sports hall or send it with the registration pack.
  4. Import existing members and share a “Get my card” link.
  5. At training or at the desk, scan the card to check validity or deduct a session.

Keep an eye on attendance

Depending on the plan, the dashboard offers a footfall chart by day and hour that shows when members actually come. It helps spread time slots, open an extra class or close a quiet one.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Multiplying categories beyond what you really track.
  • Mixing fixed date and duration with no clear rule: choose one mode per type of registration.
  • Forgetting to remind before the season ends: the automatic reminders before expiry, included in the Club plan, take care of it.

What KARD Membership costs

The Essentiel plan starts at €19/month: 1 structure, 2 front-desk staff, unlimited members, Apple and Google Wallet and front-desk scanning. The Club plan at €39/month adds rechargeable sessions, automatic reminders before expiry, the dashboard and analytics, up to 3 structures and unlimited staff. A quote-based plan exists for networks.

There is a 14-day free trial with no commitment: you can create your card, add it to your own phone and test a front-desk check-in before you decide. The features included depend on the plan; the detail is on the Pricing page.
